Where does my order ship from?

Orders may be shipped directly from one of our trusted suppliers using a third-party courier.

What should I do when my order arrives?

Please check your order on delivery. Any damage, missing items, or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours.

Installation & Compatibility

Are products vehicle-specific?

Some products are vehicle-specific. It is your responsibility to check compatibility before ordering.

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?

Yes, if the item is unused, unfitted, and in ‘as new’ condition. Installed or used items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Returns & refunds

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs apply.

Do I need to contact you before returning an item?

Yes. All returns must be approved first. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Will I get a full refund?

If the item is returned in acceptable condition, we’ll refund the item price. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Can you deduct anything from my refund?

Yes. Deductions may be made for loss of value, missing parts, or handling (up to £25) if the item has been used or returned incomplete.
