Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Alloys and Accessories (“we”, “us”, “our”), a business operating in the United Kingdom.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


2. Products & Descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate at the time of listing. However, minor variations may occur.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products are suitable and compatible with their vehicle before placing an order.


3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.


4. Order Processing & Fulfilment

We use third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners to pick, pack, strap, and dispatch orders on our behalf. Orders may be shipped directly from a supplier or fulfilment centre to the customer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfilment and delivery may be carried out by third parties acting on our behalf.


5. Delivery & Risk

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Title to goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once delivery has been successfully completed to the address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, fulfilment partners, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


6. Delivery Issues, Damage & Missing Items

Customers must inspect goods upon receipt.

Any goods that are:

  • Damaged
  • Missing
  • Incorrect

must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may require photographs of the goods and packaging in order to investigate the issue with the supplier or courier. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the claim.


7. Packaging

Goods may be delivered in packaging supplied by our fulfilment partners.
Packaging appearance, condition, or third-party branding does not affect the quality or functionality of the product and does not constitute a fault.


8. Installation, Use & Vehicle Compatibility

All products must be installed and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and for their intended purpose only.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that products are compatible with their vehicle prior to installation. Professional installation is strongly recommended where appropriate.

We cannot accept responsibility for faults, damage, or failure caused by:

  • Incorrect installation or fitting
  • Failure to follow supplied instructions
  • Use with incompatible vehicles or components
  • Misuse, modification, neglect, or abnormal operating conditions
  • Normal wear and tear

Where a product has been installed or used and is later found to be unsuitable for the customer’s vehicle, this does not constitute a fault.


9. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

All returns must be authorised by us in advance. Goods returned without prior authorisation may be refused.

Approved returns may be required to be sent directly to our supplier or fulfilment partner. Full instructions will be provided once a return request has been approved.

Special order items are non-returnable and non-cancellable unless faulty.


10. Faulty Goods

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


11. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts by the courier

Any additional delivery or re-delivery charges incurred as a result may be passed on to the customer.


12. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of use, or vehicle downtime arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.


13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier failure, courier disruption, strikes, transport issues, or acts of God.


14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
