Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns (Non-Faulty Goods)

If you wish to return goods that are not faulty and are not special order items, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of notification. Returns requested outside of these timeframes will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return delivery for non-faulty items.

Returned goods must be:

  • In an ‘as new’ condition
  • Complete with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
  • Unused, unfitted, and uninstalled, other than what is necessary to inspect the item

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If goods show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, damage, missing components, or incomplete packaging:

  • A deduction will be made to reflect any reduction in the item’s value
  • A handling and inspection fee of up to £25 may be applied
  • The cost of replacing missing manuals, accessories, or components will be deducted

These deductions will be applied before any refund is issued.

Where goods are returned in accordance with this policy, we will refund the price paid for the goods. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.


Return Authorisation

All returns must be authorised by us in advance. Goods returned without prior authorisation may be refused and returned to the sender.

Approved returns may be required to be sent directly to our supplier or fulfilment partner. Full return instructions will be provided once a return request has been approved.

Proof of purchase may be required for all return requests.


Installation, Use & Vehicle Compatibility

All products must be installed and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and for their intended purpose.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that products are compatible with their vehicle prior to installation. Professional installation is strongly recommended where appropriate.

We cannot accept responsibility for faults, damage, or failure caused by:

  • Incorrect installation or fitting
  • Failure to follow supplied instructions
  • Use with incompatible vehicles or components
  • Misuse, modification, neglect, or abnormal operating conditions
  • Normal wear and tear

Goods that have been installed, fitted, or used incorrectly are not considered faulty and are not eligible for return or refund under our non-faulty returns policy.

Where a product has been installed or used and is later found to be unsuitable for the customer’s vehicle, this does not constitute a fault.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

Faults, damage, missing items, or incorrect goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographs of the item and packaging to investigate the issue with our supplier or courier.

  • Faults reported within 30 days of receipt entitle you to a full refund, including standard delivery charges.
  • After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement where appropriate.

Faulty goods must not be returned without authorisation. We will advise on the appropriate return process once the issue has been reported.


Special Order Items

Cancellations and returns are not accepted for special order items, unless the goods are faulty.

Special order items include (but are not limited to):

  • Alloy wheels with tyres fitted
  • Wheel and tyre combinations once tyres have been fitted
  • Any other products manufactured to order

Additional Information

  • Returned goods must be sent using a tracked and insured service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once goods have been received, inspected, and approved.
  • This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
